METRA dengan lisensi yang dimiliki bergerak dalam bisnis multimedia dan value added service dan terdiri dari bisnis DataComm, VAS (Calling Card and TelkomSave) yang merupakan bisnis eksisting saat ini serta ditambah dengan pengembangan bisnis application service provider (Content) dan access solution

Sales & Marketing, General Manager

 

KEY BUSINESS/CLIENT GROUP

This position will ensure all relation with customer in good harmony and demonstrate intimate relation in all level management to support business process

PURPOSE OF JOB

Ensure customer satisfaction and special event in support of Metra with growth revenue in Satellite Link business.

 

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

·         Ensure Metra's Market Share of Satellite Link

·         Ensure of update customer data base including account profile and account plan

·         Ensure the process, method and result of customer need analysis in optimal condition

·         Ensure achievement of  revenue target

·         Ensure the implementation of business process with SOX base

·         Ensure customer contract to compile with corporate strategy and policy

·         Revenue Target

·         Sales Target

·         Level of knowledge of process, method and customer need analysis

·         Cost Marketing Quality

·         Cash Collection Current Month Target

·         Customer Data Base Update

·         Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Customer Loyalty Index (CLI)

·         Wallet Share Target base on Revenue

·         SOX implementation

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACTIVITIES

·         Manage need analysis customer

·         Manage internal communications as related to customer need

·         Manage marketing budget

·         Represents the organization on customer top management

·         Manage and maintain company's formal documentations and archives, including company policies and procedures as related business process

·         Implement Telkom Quality Management System

 

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION

·         Advance degree in telecomunication (satallite)

·         6- 10 years of Marketing  or Satellite operator experience, which ideally includes:

o    Min 3 Years Experience in level managerial

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Ability to communicate appropriately with all levels of management and staff

·         Achievement orientation with  great enterpreneur skill

·         Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm

·         Actions reflect a high degree of integrity and ethics

·         Extensive knowledge in telecommunication industry
