CONTROL AND REPORTING MANAGER

is looking for a young, dynamic, self-motivated and dedicated person
to fill the following position for its expanding banking operation;

CONTROL AND REPORTING MANAGER

(CRM)

Key Responsibilities:

*
Designing, implementing and maintaining control and reporting
for operation divisions
*
To be contact person for audit internal and external for Operation
*
Implementing risk assessment for operation divisions

Required Qualifications and Skills:

*
Minimum 5-8 years working as internal control/risk/audit in
banking industry
*
Possess a good analytical ability to think "End to End process",
for process control in banking operation
*
Good knowledge of the principles of risk management, internal
control, accounting and auditing
*
Tertiary qualification in finance, bachelor qualification in
finance/accounting and certified risk management
*
Good knowledge of the central bank reporting and regulatory requirement
*
Fluent English for verbal and written communication
*
Highly motivated, disciplined, and able to work under pressure
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
