Key responsibilities is to support Services in customer activities,
related to transaction and customer complaint

Requirements:

* Diploma or Bachelor Degree from recognized university
* Possess min. 1 year experience as customer service or operation
in Life Insurance/Financial/banking industry, fresh graduates are
welcome to apply
* Excellent communication skill & teamwork
* Fluent in English both spoken and written
* Customer oriented
