Finance Service Manager Post Date: 28 May 09

Responsibility:

*
Assist in the design and implementation of financial reporting
and analysis system to analyze the feasibility of marketing and/or
operation initiatives as well as Company-wide initiatives
*
Assist in the preparation of business plans. Participate in the
development of short-term plans and financial models aimed at improved
business performance.
*
Review capital expenditure plans by analyzing the potential
return on investment under certain business constraints and risks.
*
Undertake feasibility studies relating to the application of
appropriate data processing methods analysis, recording and reporting
of financial or operating information. Participate in the development
of improved management information systems and procedures.
*
Review reports from other departments, conduct detailed analyses
of operating results and report on variances from plans or budgets.
*
Undertake studies to determine contribution of various products
and/or customers to assist in assessment of production plans and
product/service pricing.
*
Develop partnership with others business unit to ensure
compliance in following the defined finance procedures (eg. proper use
of report format/template)
*
Ensure that business activities comply with legal, professional
and ethical standards.
*
Ensure that internal control is fully in place and complied by
other departments
*
Ensure that the order processing meet the service level target.
*
Ensure that account receivable is collected timely and credit
limit is reviewed regularly to promote business growth without
compromising the credit risk.*)

Create initiatives to improve business process and overall
working procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the own
department.

Qualification:

1.
Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting.
2.
Must come from a reputable FMCG Multinational Company.
3.
At least 10-12 years working experience in accounting and finance.
4.
Possesses good English.
